Complete, down to the bones remodel of a cozy 1940s ranch style home for a couple of gentleman looking for a reimagined space that genuinely represents their eclectic tastes.

GUEST BATH PROJECT

Complete redesign of a guest bath begging for an update, including cast iron soaking tub, custom concrete vanity mirror, carrara marble and antique brass accents, and anchored with showy but self-respecting encaustic floors.

GULLET STREET LOFT PROJECT

Complete remodel of a modestly sized addition that previously housed laundering machinery and inefficiently appointed storage. An exterior door, windows and existing shelving were removed and replaced by a mindfully fitted sleeper loft for guests. Deliberately designed storage was built below the loft with sliding door closure. Items that survived the suggested Tidying Up-inspired household restructuring can now await their next use in privacy. Designed + finished by YDS. Built in collaboration with Shift Build.

HEALING STONES

An aesthetically medicinal, collaborative series of work by photographer Nicole Mlakar and artist Levi Dugat. Healing Stone is a collection of holistically-charged metaphysical landscapes intended to provoke deep internal howling and existential exhaling. Geological glamour shots.
